    Es una película que trasmite mucha realidad social, enlazada con los personajes principales y dando una crítica dura a Charlot. El alcoholismo se presenta en la película mostrando la vivencia dura que soportó el gran mimo en su infancia teniendo un padre alcohólico .
    Las costumbres y el amor de la amada, Edna, los distancian mucho mas. . . Buena . .
