Sinopsis: Solo en su habitación del hospital psiquiátrico, el paranoico padrastro asesino se repone de las terribles heridas que le provocaron su última esposa y su hija adoptiva. Las enormes cicatrices atestiguan que sólo por milagro todavía está vivo. Un joven psiquiatra ha tomado el caso con especial interés. Horas después, el médico es encontrado muerto sobre su escritorio.
