Sinopsis: Un virus mortal ha sido liberado sobre la población de Raccoon City. Alice (Milla Jovovich), una de las supervivientes del desastre bioquímico, se encuentra en el corazón de esta devastada ciudad. Sometida a experimentos que han alterado su genética, ahora posee fuerza, sentidos y destreza sobrehumana. Estas habilidades, y más, serán las que deba utilizar quien quiera sobrevivir en esta nueva aventura. Junto con otros supervivientes deberá escapar de la cada vez más peligrosa Raccoon City. Para alcanzar su meta necesitarán luchar contra las fuerzas de la Umbrella Corporation, las violentas criaturas de bioingeniería creadas en sus laboratorios, los zombies que plagan la ciudad y, finalmente, enfrentarse a la más colosal y mortal de estas creaciones: Nemesis.
