ORIGIN: She lived in an apartment building with her parents, who were so negligent that she climbed onto the roof to snoop around the water tanks, falling into one and drowning. Her spirit is said to wander the building in search of someone to love her.

DESCRIPTION: Onryō (Japanese vengeful ghost) with a childlike appearance, no eye sockets, long, straight black hair, skin blackened by decay, and pale clothing.

WEAPONS: Telekinesis, hydrokinesis (water manipulation), shapeshifting.
