Creeper

ORIGIN: All that is known is that, every 23 years, for 23 days, it must eat... humans.

DESCRIPTION: A humanoid with dark reptilian skin, pale hair sprouting from the back of its neck, facial membranes that detach when angered, claws replacing hands and feet, a mouth equipped with fangs, and two large bat-like wings on its back. It wears black rags and uses an extravagant pickup truck to travel in search of victims, whom it apparently selects based on the terror they feel. When it loses an organ or limb, it regenerates it by snatching it from any human being. It is incapable of speech and empathy.
