Dr. Stockman

ORIGIN: Baxter Stockman is a New York scientist and creator of the Mousers, small robots designed to combat rodent infestations, though he planned to use them for criminal purposes. He allied himself with the Foot Clan to fund his projects on the condition that he contribute to the capture or extermination of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

DESCRIPTION: An African American adult (although in the 1987 series he is a blond Caucasian, while in an episode of the 2012 series he transforms into a mutant fly) wearing glasses, a white shirt with a dark tie, a light blue lab coat, indigo pants, and brown shoes.. Throughout the 2003 series, he undergoes several physical modifications to the point of becoming a cyborg.
