Otra de la saga del doctor Orloff de Jesús Franco, que de nuevo no dirige Jesús Franco, aunque al menos en esta ocasión sí sale el ¨bueno¨ del profesor.
Esta transcurre en un periodo temporal anterior a las anteriores, con el doctor aún vivo, y tiene un comienzo, bastante largo, que recuerda muchísimo a la historia de Drácula.
Toda la película mantiene un ambiente gótico clásico bastante disfrutable, con ese castillo, sus mazmorras y demás, y la historia es relativamente aceptable, aunque se me hizo un poquito larga por la forma en que transcurre.
