Sinopsis: Desesperado por la trágica muerte de su novia Julie Walker, Curt Reynolds se infiltra en una base militar donde se almacenan los tanques con muertos vivientes y expone el cadáver de su amada a la Trioxin 2-4-5. Tras resucitar, ambos jóvenes huyen a la ciudad, donde Julie comienza a actuar como zombie come-cerebros... y a provocar la aparición de más zombis peligrosos.
