Sinopsis: La señorita Crittenden contrata al viudo Dr. Harvey para expulsar de la mansión Whipstaff a los cuatro fantasmas que la habitan: Los osados Látigo, Tufo y Gordy... y el amistoso Casper. Harvey se instala en la mansión con su hija adolescente Kat, quien simpatiza con Casper a raíz de que ambos tienen problemas para socializar. Un conflicto tras otro pondrá a prueba las relaciones entre los residentes (tanto vivos como muertos) de la casa.
