Sinopsis: Un viejo millonario aparece muerto de un ataque al corazón, atado a la cama con unas esposas, después de haber practicado sexo con su amante Rebecca Carlson. El fiscal de distrito decide arrestar a la chica como sospechosa de asesinato. Su abogado defensor, Frank Dulaney, no tarda en sucumbir a sus encantos, y entre ambos surge una tórrida relación.
